If you want to play God of War on your Android device using the PPSSPP Emulator, you can play the two games actually developed for the PSP:
God of War: Ascension was never released for PSP. It’s a PS3 exclusive title (2013). PPSSPP only emulates PSP games, so Ascension cannot run on PPSSPP on any device — Android, PC, or otherwise.
