The Title ID of the game folder does not match the Title ID inside the Zrif key. (e.g., You installed the US version, but the key is for the EU version). Fix: Rename your game folder in Vita3K/ux0/app/ to match the Title ID of the license. You can find the required Title ID by pasting the zRIF into an online decoder.
