Excited by the prospect of expanding her horizons, H. Hayat signed up for her first course: "Mindfulness and Resilience." The course was led by experienced facilitators who created a supportive and inclusive environment. H. Hayat found herself surrounded by a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique stories and perspectives.
